1. Data Storage & Atlassian Data Residency

Workflow Box stores all workflow rule configurations, templates, and customer metadata exclusively inside Atlassian Forge Hosted Storage (Forge KVS) and Jira Entity Properties within the customer's designated Atlassian Cloud region.

2. Ephemeral Hybrid Processing (Zero Persistent PII Storage)

When hybrid post-functions or AI actions are invoked via https://engine.appsraha.com, issue payloads are processed ephemerally in volatile memory (RAM) over TLS 1.3 and are immediately discarded upon request completion. AppsRaha does not persist customer issue contents, personal data (PII), or OAuth tokens on external disks or databases.

3. GDPR & Data Subject Rights

In full compliance with GDPR and the Atlassian Marketplace Partner Agreement, customers retain complete ownership of their data. Uninstalling the app immediately removes app access, and any cached ephemeral metadata is purged within 24 hours.
