End User License Agreement (EULA) & Terms of Use

1. License Grant

Subject to a valid subscription through the Atlassian Marketplace, AppsRaha grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use Workflow Box for Jira Cloud on the licensed Atlassian Cloud instance.

2. Service Level & Availability

Workflow Conditions and Validators execute natively inside Atlassian's infrastructure with 99.95% uptime. Hybrid post-function services hosted on https://engine.appsraha.com target 99.9% availability with 24/7 automated health monitoring.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppsRaha's aggregate liability arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by Customer for the App via Atlassian Marketplace in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
